Ordering – Helpful tips

• Where possible always have your order sent to an address where someone is available to sign for it.
• If your order is being delivered to a work address please ensure you have checked it is ok to do so and that you have informed the post room or reception that you are expecting a delivery.
• If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery window, please do not delay in contacting us.
• Please check that we have been given the correct e-mail address as any input errors cannot be corrected once the order has been placed.
• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday with our lastest dispatch time being 3pm.
• Every effort is made to clear all orders placed each working day, however during our busy periods we are unable to promise a same day dispatch.
• We are unable to ship outside of the UK Mainland any fancy dress weapons or aerosol cans.

Tracking – Wheres My Parcel?

When you place an order online and you submit your e-mail address we use this to send you your Carrier and Tracking Number. Please use the links below to track your order. These are not applicable to the Small & Bronze Order Service.

Shipping Options

Small Order UK Delivery
£2.95 if you spend up to £10.00 per order (not per item!

• The shopping cart will automatically calculate a small order charge based on the chosen product spend including VAT as detailed above to ship your items.
• If you wish your order to be dispatched on a timed delivery, you should select our Silver or Gold delivery service instead.
• Orders are dispatched by First Class Royal Mail. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery from placing the order to avoid disappointment. This service is not guaranteed for next day delivery.

Bronze UK Delivery
£3.95 if you spend between £10.01 and £15.00 per order (not per item!)
£4.95 if you spend between £15.01 and £25.00 per order (not per item!)

• Orders are dispatched by First Class Royal Mail. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery from placing the order to avoid disappointment. This service is not guaranteed for next day delivery.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
• Order requires a signature upon delivery.
• An e-mail will automatically be sent to advise order has been dispatched.

Silver UK Delivery – £6.95 per order (not per item!)

• Normally delivered within 48hrs from dispatch.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
• Live parcel tracking and delivery information –City Link only.
• Order requires a signature upon delivery.
• Orders to Northern Ireland Channel Islands & Offshore Islands will be dispatched via Royal Mail
• Item will be returned to us if not collected from Delivering Depot within 5 days.
• An e-mail will automatically be sent upon dispatch advising you of the Courier used and a tracking number.

Gold UK Delivery – £8.95 per order (not per item!)

• Normally delivered within 24hrs from dispatch
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
• Some remote areas of the UK may require an extra day for delivery.
• An e-mail will automatically be sent upon dispatch advising you of the Courier used and a tracking number
• Live parcel tracking and delivery information – City Link only
• Order requires a signature upon delivery.
• Item will be returned to us if not collected from Delivering Depot within 5 days
• Orders to Northern Ireland Channel Islands & Offshore Islands will be dispatched via Royal Mail
• Some Postcode Exceptions will apply to this service where orders may take an extra day for delivery. These are listed at the foot of the page*

Free UK Delivery When You Spend Over £30.00 per order (not per item!)

• Orders are dispatched the next working day.
• Method of dispatch will be notified in the dispatch e-mail.
• The Free Shipping element is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with the Silver, Gold or European Option.

Europe* –  (See Destinations Below) – £9.95 (Maximum Weight Allowed 1kg per order)

• Service available to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland (Republic), Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

• Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed For
• Transit time is normally 3-5 working days from dispatch.
• This service is based on a weight limit of 1kg. For orders that exceed this weight we will contact you for further payment. You may cancel at this stage should you wish to do so.

All Other Overseas Deliveries
Please phone +44 117 960 0675 or e-mail your requirements and we will provide you with a quote for shipping to your required destination. Do not send Payment details by e-mail as this is not secure. We do not Ship to Canada or the USA.

Click & Collect - Collection of Orders
If you are able to do so you may collect from our Offices in Bristol. (See map of how to find us.) You can elect to do this by selecting this option on the first page of the checkout sequence. You will be e-mailed when the order has been processed. Collections can be made between 9:30am & 4:30pm Monday to Friday and any orders placed online for collection must be collected within five working days. Our office acts as a collection point only. Please note that we do not have any facilities for collecting customers to try costumes for size at the office.

Local Deliveries to Pubs, Clubs, Offices & Workplaces

DressingUpBox offers a next day delivery service direct using its own van to Pubs, Clubs, Offices & Workplaces located within a 6 mile radius of our warehouse. Just call 0117 960 0675 for details.

BFPO Deliveries

• We are unable to track any orders once they have been received at the BFPO Hub.

Royal Mail

• Royal Mail will only class items as lost after 15 working days from dispatch.
• Items can only be tracked once delivered.
• A card will be left by Royal Mail (Silver  Delivery)if no signature can be obtained.
• Check at www.royalmail.com regards the status of your order as on occasion Royal Mail may not leave a card.
• Your Order will be held at local sorting office for 7 days only if no one is available to sign.
• Item if not collected within 7 days from local office will be returned to us

Refused Delivery and Return To Sender
Subsequent to a second or third delivery attempt by our couriers, your parcel will be returned to us as "Return To Sender". Similar and should you refuse a delivery, this would be returned to us. Such returns will mean we incur an additional carriage cost for the parcel reach us. To this end, we reserve the right to apply a £5.00 return carriage and administration fee.

Other Information

If, due to unforeseeable circumstances, we are unable to meet your order in the designated time, we will contact you within 24 hours of receipt to inform or seek a suitable solution. If this alternative is not acceptable, you may cancel your order without further obligation.

If a replacement item is required quickly, due to the unforeseen circumstance due to the order being delayed or going missing in transit, you will need to place another order and return the original order if it is delivered at a later date for a full refund. If the item is lost we will refund as soon as we receive the conformation from the Courier. In the case of Royal Mail this is 15 working days from dispatch.
