Despatching of Orders
We will contact you by email on the day of dispatch, so please ensure you have accurately provided your email address. Please also check that you have given a telephone number as an alternative means of contact.
We always strive to beat our minimum Targets for delivery and it is reported to us through customer feedback, that on most occasions the goods arrive within 24/48hrs if placed Monday – Thursday. In order for us to help you and avoid any disappointment always attempt to fill in your event date.
Delivery Costs – As we provide a service by way of placing the goods into the packaging and shipping them out, this then becomes subject to VAT. Therefore all of our delivery costs quoted to the UK & Europe include VAT. As an example our Standard UK Delivery charge of £3.50 is made up of 52p to HM Customs & Excise, 70p for Recorded Signed for Service, the remaining amount is used against postage & cost of packaging. This charge is made per order not per item.
Ordering – Helpful tips
- Where possible always have your order sent to an address where someone is available to sign for it.
- If your order is being delivered to a work address please ensure you have checked its ok to do so and that you have informed the post room or reception that you are expecting a delivery.
- If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery window please do not delay in contacting us.
- Please check that we have been given the correct e-mail address as any input errors cannot be corrected once the order has been placed.
Small Order Standard UK Delivery – £2.50 per order (not per item!)
- If your product spend is £10.00 or less including VAT, the shopping cart will automatically calculate a charge of £2.50 to ship your items.
- If you wish your order to be dispatched on a timed delivery, you should select our Priority or Express delivery service instead.
- Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days# by UK Royal Mail “Signed For” First Class.
- Please allow 7 working days for delivery from placing the order to avoid disappointment. This service is not guaranteed for next day delivery.
- Royal Mail will only class items as lost after 15 working days from dispatch.
- Items can only be tracked once delivered.
- A card will be left by Royal mail if no signature can be obtained.
- Order will be held at local sorting office for 7 days only.
- Item if not collected within 7 days from local office will be returned to us.
Standard UK Delivery – £3.50 per order (not per item!)

Priority UK Delivery – £8.00 per order (not per item!)
- Orders are dispatched 1-2# working days after the order has been placed using Parcelforce 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery
- Delivery on the next working day from dispatch.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
- Some remote areas of the UK may require an extra day for delivery.
- Full parcel tracking and instant proof of delivery online with signature at www.parcelforce.com.
- Order requires a signature upon delivery.
- Automatic redelivery attempt the next working day if no one is available to sign at first attempt.
- Orders to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & the Channel Islands may be sent via Royal Mail. Orders weighing in excess of 2kg may attract additional charges.
- Some Postcode Exceptions will apply to this service where orders may take 48hrs or more for delivery. These are listed at the foot of the page*
BFPO Deliveries
- Priority Delivery is available only to the BFPO Mill Hill Hub
- We are unable to track any orders once they have been received at Mill Hill
ALL ORDERS
# WHEN WE ARE TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK OF AN ITEM – Occasionally it may happen, that due to increased demand on a chosen item we are unable to dispatch immediately. In this instance, delivery can be delayed, or we will contact you by phone or by Email to suggest alternatives if applicable. Where a direct replacement is available under a different product item code, we will despatch the replacement automatically.If, due to unforeseeable circumstances, we are unable to meet your order in the designated time, we will contact you within 24 hours of receipt to discuss an alternative. If this alternative is not acceptable, you may cancel your order without further obligation.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, if an order is delayed or goes missing in transit, we are unable to send out any replacement items until the original order is confirmed as lost by the carrier.
If a replacement item is required quickly, you will need to place another order and return the original order at a later date for a full refund.
